Acceptance;  The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and  are hereby accepted and manufacture is authorized to do the work as  specified. Submitting your non-refundable Down Payment binds you and you  are legally obligated to follow all the Terms and Conditions outlined  within this agreement contract. Buyer shall deliver to seller a  non-refundable purchase down payment, applicable towards the purchase  price of mutual acceptance of this agreement. Payment will be made as  outlined above with balance to be paid in full at job completion,  payable to the Builder by Cashiers-Check, Money Order, Visa, Master  Card, American Express, or Discover Card. No personal or Company checks  will be accepted. Customers Responsible for Locating Underground  Utilities and Building Permits.
