EQUIPMENT - SITE PREPARATIONS
YOUR SITE MUST BE LEVEL.
We do not offer ground or concrete work.
All concrete foundation or ground must be level. Make sure there is adequate room around perimeter of the building site. Your builder will be in a one ton truck hauling a 30' trailer with materials, please allow room for him to maneuver.
Lift Requirements
All buildings over 32' wide or 14' or taller a 6k Lull telescopic lift is required to set roof rafters and metal roof sheets the rental cost can be added to you quote or you can provide the lift at your cost but must be on site on deliver/install day.
