LEAN-TO'S AND WRAP AROUND PORCH

A lean-to or wrap around porch is attached to the structure adding outdoor living space, storage and design. They can be to added your project to the full or partial length.

Doors and Windows

Walk-in doors with lock set, 1 year Warranty.
Window(s) double or single pane 1 year Warranty.

Framing

Galvanized steel tubing is a process of applying a zinc coating to the steel tubing. Two standard gauges of tubing is used in construction of our buildings, 14 gauge is typical in the Southern States and is 0.0785 inches thick measuring 2 ½” x 2 ½” inch. Northern States our 12 gauge is recommended with it's 0.1084 inch thickness and measures 2 ¼” x 2 ¼”.

EQUIPMENT - SITE PREPARATIONS

YOUR SITE MUST BE LEVEL.

We do not offer ground or concrete work.

All concrete foundation or ground must be level. Make sure there is adequate room around perimeter of the building site. Your builder will be in a one ton truck hauling a 30' trailer with materials, please allow room for him to maneuver.

Lift Requirements

All buildings over 32' wide or 14' or taller a 6k Lull telescopic lift is required to set roof rafters and metal roof sheets the rental cost can be added to you quote or you can provide the lift at your cost but must be on site on deliver/install day.

Vinyl Back Insulation

Vinyl backed metal building insulation is also a vapor barrier.
